Upon receiving a notification, there is an option to log the activity along with its associated volume if desired.

For users with a structured daily routine, the app allows the creation of a collection of reminders—referred to as a group—that are spaced by specified intervals and configured to start and end at predetermined times. This feature facilitates streamlined scheduling aligned with individual routines.

A straightforward graphical summary presents an overview of logged activities, including counts of toilet visits and drinks over the course of the day. This visual summary aids in tracking and analyzing personal health patterns.

The app is provided without advertisements and is available free of charge. However, additional functionalities are accessible through in-app purchases, which include:

• Export of recorded data in CSV format
• Customization of default quantities for drinks and urinations
• Adjustment of default interval settings within the program
• Modification of reminder alert sounds
• Selection of regional units for quantity measurements
• Reduction of quantity step size to 0.1 for ounces (oz)
• Reduction of quantity step size to 5 for milliliters (ml)
• Ability to confirm activities directly from the Apple Watch
